Over the coming weeks I'll be completing a BLOG post, hopefully daily, as part of my preparation for the World Field Championships in Wales.

A little bit of background first...

I have been competing at FITA field for the last 10 years or so now, and my break through really came a couple of years ago in the run up to the last World Championships in Sweden.

However prior to that I have been competitive in the European 5 nations tournaments as a regular top 10 finisher, plus come close to being on the British team before moving to Luxembourg 6 years ago.
