Using BLOGs
A couple of tips on BLOGs and BLOG posting.
A BLOG is an personal journalling tool.
I use this with many of my training clients for them to record everything from their workout logs, dietary habits as well as sports training and competition logs.
Over the years I have used training journals as a way of positively reinforcing the work that I have done during my training sessions and allows me to look back to see which things have worked and not worked.
As a subscriber to this site you have the use of the BLOG facility, and it is something I strongly suggest you utilise. If you look for any advice from any of the experts it is a good idea that you record the advice and the results of the training when you implement the advice.
Over time I will provide some templates to help you BLOG a little better too.
